It is such a beautiful home with lots of bedrooms and plenty of space, the location is amazing, and it is a safe quite neighbourhood to relax inside the house with TG after a long day in the city, by car 10 minutes from the city centre and around 13 minutes from Edinburgh airport, I would strongly recommend it and I would come back again

Young lady on reception was very welcoming and friendly. Explained everything we needed to know. Breakfast was very Bar was very busy (Friday night) but were able to use seats/tables being used in part of the dining room. Breakfast was good. Served in good time. A generous portion and well-cooked and presented

Good location close to the city centre and shopping malls, but 25 min walk from temple meads train station Very spacious apartment, ideal for families with kids. We were only a couple so couldn't use the extra space. Easy self check in process

Be careful if you are staying alone as quite sketchy at dark times due to night shelter close by and somewhat noisy Flat could benefit from some changes as main bedroom curtains (torn and paint stained), small toiletries (only what other people left in the cabinet), maybe a newer TV NEEDS a deep cleaning as most of the areas were dusty and also cooking utilities were dirty (so no cooking possible) and the kettle was dirty and full of limescale (so no making tea or coffee even when there are provided).

Room very small. No heating, fridge stinks and blanket very thin for room with no heating. Thin walls can hear every single cars drop past plus noise from airplanes.

Well equipped, modern and bed comfort/appearence really lovely. Effort was clearly put in here. Agents were great and contactable at all times.

First impressions clean but kitchen sink badly stained (at a guess from tea stains), and a lot. Teaspoons missing which guessed wasn't agents fault but realised that there was really thick dust under the sofa also behind it just before leaving (clearly built up over 1-2 years)! This explained a health issue i had which got worse in the evenings as started itching, sneezing, coughing and wheezing (in lounge area), but got better soon after leaving. The cleaner clearly does a minimum job - maybe time does not allow?....
