It looked nice from the front but didn’t look like the above photo from the back, grass was over grown. Although old and had character it was very dated, black tape on the worn out carpets, not very inviting. The front reception are and afternoon tea area looked lovely but then was let down by the rest. Especially the random hanging coat hanger rails in end of reception didn’t really add to the ambiance. The breakfast was nice and the staff very friendly and helpful but it didn’t wow me and so I would look for somewhere also to stay next time I’m afraid.

The location was perfect! Right next to tower bridge and the Tower of London. There is a bar and restaurant opposite with perfect views of the bridge and a dock right outside if you wanted a boat trip. We were upgraded upon arrival to a bridge view room and it was stunning! Staff were so friendly and so helpful. There’s also a Starbucks and a shop on site so very convenient.

Our room was a little on the small side but I can’t really complain about that because it had an incredible view. We also couldn’t work out how to turn the bathroom light on without turning the main light on too but I’m sure that was just a mistake on our part rather than a fault in the room!

Lovely quiet location and only 25 to 30 mins to various places, i.e., Keswick.It's kept its original features as an older build beautiful. View of the farm animals from our room. Food delightful reasonably priced evening meal. Dogs welcome their own cats pop in time to time. Very clean, comfy beds and tea coffee water in the room. Staff are welcoming.

For mobility issues- Unfortunately, I requested a walk-in shower it was a cubical intially thinking I could manage. I couldn't .So anyone with a mobility issue the cubical isn't great, too high of a step, no grab rail .We were only there one night. i thought it was their idea of a walk-in showe.It turns out they do have an actual walk-in shower. The building has no lift, so you have to be able to navigate a big flight of stairs . The stair case, however, is low height step with good width on them .I managed. I am reliant on stick . All said and done, I'd still go back and stay again.

Comfortable bed, modern furnishings, quietness, nature, walks around the site. Shower was really good. Being so close to the Cotswolds and being able to stay somewhere so cheap and close to it.

The red tape of getting on the site, I understand why but it is a pain. Couldn't use the gym at all because needed an induction even though I have gym membership already. At weekend facilities are not really open but you are near Moreton to go and buy things. Car park and reception fair walking distance.

Noise transfers up through the floor into our room from the dining room. They dragging stair over the floor to set up breakfast. This was at 10.30 to midnight . Completed twice
