Corrine met me at the property and waited until I arrived. She emailed me before hand to find out what time I was going to arrive. She provided tea, coffee and milk. She also provided cereal for my little girl which was very thoughtful if her. Corrine was always on hand if o needed help with anything. The caravan was very clean and tidy..

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room and restaurant were immaculate, the food was beautiful and all home cooked. I asked for extras for my partners 30th birthday and they were happy to meet my needs.

The only thing I would say was the bar door below our room was slamming until late, however there were guests from a funeral so it may not be a regular thing.

Convenient for visiting the M&S Arena for a music gig. Bedroom was comfortable.

Breakfast was awful. This is the 6th time we have stayed here and the standard of the breakfast has definitely deteriorated over that time. Also, cutlery was dirty and had not been washed properly. A lack of staff was definitely apparent. We will stay there again due to its location but it will be on a room only basis.

VERY Hard bed, didn't get an answer after 3-4 tries on both boooking.com and e-mail when i raised my concerns and asked about a later checkout, glass on floor that was stood on, large cleaning fee higher than the rate for one night hidden in fees. Also recoeved 5 messages in total during our 2 stay night about joining their mailing list. Wifi was also dodgy.
