Location mainly as we were obviously there for the park and the staff were quite friendly but nothing too exceptional. Allowed us to the creative workshop as a complimentary gesture

No phone in rooms to call reception or house keeping, breakfast was rationed, time slots for everything which was a throw back to Covid, our toilet got clogged and the first time they came to clean it, they did a terrible job. Second time was better. Couldn't believe the lego were more expensive than most regular shops. Not enough lifts, check in too late and check out too early.

The flat wasn't clean. I found hairs all over the kitchen, the floors and the bed. The bed sheets were stained . There was very visible mould right behind the bed. If you hate creepy crawlers then this place isn't for you - There were loads of bugs and spiders all over the lounge in the morning. The listing says free parking when it's infact residential parking and no guaranteed parking space...I had to park my vehicle 15min walk away, and in a very dodgy area. I have a feeling the owner lives in the property and only vacates when there is a booking because the state of the place was not really the usual exclusive bnb service type you would expect. The pictures really oversell this property. Don't not stay here unless absolutely necessary, it is not value for money AT ALL! This is just a cash cow for the owners.

The back door keypad didn’t work so there was no entry from the car park, which made entering with luggage difficult as the front entrance is some distance. The kitchen and appliances were very dirty, the general level of cleanliness was poor. No staff answered the contact telephone number, or returned calls.
