Beautiful studio in an excellent location. The flat was just minutes walk from Farringdon & the Elizabeth line which was brilliant to get to the airports and to the rest of the city. It was spotlessly clean and I slept very comfortably, loved the bubble chair!

The property was even better in person that in pictures, however that’s possible! Stunning apartment. Super comfy beds. Everything you need for a real luxurious stay. Super clean on arrival, staff are lovely and very helpful.

Arrived and was not sure how to get to the hotel even though had GPS in the car. I parked at the top car park as I saw the signage to the hotel. Did not know it was the Overflow car park. It was raining and to get to the hotel, I had to climb down some very rickety metal steps down to the hotel, down the side of the valley. It felt quite dangerous and as it was raining and I had my bags, it felt very unsafe. Would not recommend to elderly or infirm. Did eventually find the lower entrance, but needed to be very careful to park as you have to drive along with water quite close to diagonal parking. Quite precarious, would not want to do this in the dark!.

The Wi-Fi was very slow, so it would have been impossible to work with it. The window in the room was blocked shut, and the room got quite hot; luckily, there was a fan provided, which was a lifesaver. I assume they have air conditioning in summer, but it wasn't available in May.

Paid for parking but when I arrived back on the second night, the car park was so full, we saw cars parked on kerbs, up grass verges, up embankments, even a grassy hill (great if you have a 4X4) - everywhere, any nook and cranny and in walk way areas. A bit disappointing to be charged when no availability. Waited approximately half hour for someone to leave before having my son stand in the spot before I could drive around and grab it! Pandemonium with other drivers caught in the same situation.

Room tired and grubby. Dinner and breakfast left a lot to be desired. Waiting staff in evening were lovely but the food was dried out and just edible when you had travelled a long time and needed sustenance. Breakfast seemed to be the remains of a buffet provided for a large coach party and nothing else was offered. Lovely location let down by the general tired air of the place. Could be really nice with some modernisation and improved food.

The wardrobe was very broken on arrival. The hot water did not work for 3 days and the owner did not respond to any messages. The WIFI did not work for 6 days. The beds are uncomfortable. The room felt dirty.
