Breakfast was not included, we prepared our own in the spacious kitchen. All of the rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. Towels and laundry/dishwasher soap was provided and much appreciated after two weeks of hiking. The garden was beautiful and private; the parking roomy and level. The property was well kept; we would have liked to use the back patio but rain prevented that. Our host was gracious and helpful. This was the perfect place to end our Scotland trip!

We had a lunch and a breakfast in their restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed both. The food was excellent and good value for money. All the staff were courteous and very helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend .

Staff were amazing, great welcome, really looked after us on arrival and during our meal and drinks in the evening. The Inn itself is quirky and we love the history of the building.

The noise from the main road, we were in room 4. The photo on booking.com doesn't show the main road, I thought it was a quaint Inn in a village from the description. The room was pleasant, big enough for three adults, could do with a makeover in the bathroom but, we were happy with the size of the room. Double glazing would probably benefit (if allowed)

The 'bouncy' floor in our annex accommodation felt as if we were in a structure that didn't quite fit in with the other rather splendid things that are on that overall estate. Having asked for a quiet room, and got a very speedy response that this would be provided, it amused us to find earplugs by each side of the bed! Was that someone with a sense of humour or just common sense?! As it happens, the guests in our neighbouring room only returned at about 03:30, not being especially noisy but... just one of those things, not something you can predict or do much about.

Dinner. very bad service and quality of bad was below norm. They allocated us three rooms on three different floors and all three were different type of rooms. We booked 3 rooms well in advance and received good rate. We had to cancel our booking in ISLE OF SKYE and booked another room in Leonardo and got the room at 65% more than what we paid earlier. On check in we were allotted all different rooms on three different floors.
