The host was lovely, kind, and helpful. The room was comfortable and sparkling clean, with off-road parking available. Plenty of snacks, tea, coffee, and bottled water were provided. There were also lots of leaflets and information about Harrogate to help you decide what to do and see.

Lesley the owner was very welcoming and helpful. Location is great a short distance from the centre of Worcester even on foot. Breakfast was good both the cooked and uncooked options. Room was spotless with tea and coffee making facilities available.

Great location, nice welcoming staff at reception. Clean hotel and we were upgraded to a bigger studio double room which we really liked as we had a baby and it gave him lots of extra space to run around.

The noise at night time was terrible, there was a clattering noise every 30 seconds all night long from somewhere down stairs, we thought it might have been the lift going up and down. The noise really affected our sleep as it was right outside our door. Also at 5.30am every morning the chef was making a lot of noise in the foyer breakfast area, banging cutlery in and out of trays and banging plates. It woke us all up at 5.30am every morning of our stay and we couldn't go back to sleep as it was continuous. We also found the room to be very stuffy, the air conditioning would only set to 21 degrees and wouldn't allow us to put it any lower, this was uncomfortably hot and there was no windows we could open. The air conditioning gave me a sore throat and overall we found the room to be uncomfortable and stuffy. We also found the service in the bar downstairs to be lacking. When we went into the bar we asked if we could take a seat outside, the waitress said yes and we waited for 20 minutes for her to come over to us but she didn't, we had to go back in to ask for menus, we waited another 25 minutes before she came out again. When she did come out all the drinks we pointed to on the menu she said she didn't have available and we ended up having to leave. A terrible waste of time and very disappointing.

We had a nice couple of days stay. Bed was comfortable, location was excellent and park opposite for the dogs was great. Bar was brilliant to have and the drinks were really good value for money.

Room was quite small and was tricky with the dogs, as we were right by the stairs on the first floor, and when someone walked past (once at 5am and the next at 6am) they barked because of the noise - only protecting us! Didn't get much of a lie in. Would have been better if we were away from the main thoroughfare.
