Hot tub and garden area was nice and private. Lovely and lit up when it got dark. Stayed in cabin 7 had kitchen facilities. Bathroom was very nice clean with red cladding and I’d say looked like a fairly new suite.

Area is a little run down and I think in time they should try to make the entrance a little more appealing, however this did not effect my stay and I can see that they are improving the site. Hot water takes a little time to come through but can’t be helped and is usually the same in many hotels. So again not a major factor.

The location was great. The bar was a nice place to sit with a drink. The staff were amazing and couldn't help enough. Changed us from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor as the lifts were out of service.

The lift was out of service, so the stairs were the only option, and if you were on the 4th floor, it was a struggle. Rooms were too warm, and the beds were too small. Rising damp in our room and in need of a makeover. Just old. Noisy on the road side.

The messy back garden The kitchen could do with a deep, clean The windows had condensation on the outside, I don't know if that was they needed cleaning or what. But don't get me wrong as value for money. Yes, it was, but cleanliness is a must, and the majority of the property was, but kitchens and showers should be spotless.

The hotel caters for coach tours, which is fine, they have to make their money. The down side is that the itinerary they have means a lot os lone night traffic in and out which can be noisy.
