Really convenient from Victoria station! Room was clean and lovely! We were at the basement so did not expect a view anyway. Staff was really lovely!

Noise from kitchen downstairs and also the comings and goings of other travellers meant that I wasn't able to get a good night's sleep before my long flight. Plus the single-bedded room I booked had no room to open my case out on ground for final pack. Would recommend booking larger room if you are a single traveller staying at this hotel.

Low quality spring bed in master bedroom making creaking noise every time one turns around at night, hence bad sleep quality Thermostats didn’t works on the first day in the whole apartment so apartment was very cold. The issue was resolved on day 2, however heating never worked properly in the living room. No toiletries as mentioned in the description was there. They were provided after on day 3 of our stay. Wardrobe’s in both the rooms don’t have cloth hangers.

1. I didn’t liked how there was no housekeeping till you ask them one day prior to clean your room next day. 2. My room was not same as it was shown in the picture. My bedroom had stairs inside my room. So basically the bed was up and the bathroom was down in one room. 3. The bathroom sink had brown stains and cabin had spider. 4. The bedroom was not properly equipped. The wall sealing was broken as it was put together by some cardboards. 5. I had kettle but no cup or glass to use it.
