The location is right in the centre. Great place to stay clean. MORE than friendly staff.from carol who gave us a warm welcome. The cleaning staff took time to chat to us and told us afew places to go..The bar and waitress all were friendly and professional. Great team.we stayed in bedroom 2.which was on the main road but the traffic didn't bother us.just redecorated new beds.great she bath room and over head shower plenty of hot water.Thwy proved shower gel shampoo.hair dryer. Iron and ironing board. Coffee and tea .breakfast is extre and not till 10am but you can order a breakfast to your room before 10am but I think it's a continental.??.

There is only one thing I didn't like .They don't have a gulton free meals menu .but you have to look through the list of allergies list .would be nice to have a menu for that.But the staff again helped out and went to the kitchen and checked and double-checked for us.so there are a few things you can have.

The location and the nature in the region were really good. Also a lot of space on the property so we could sit outside in the sun. The furnishings were modern.

When we arrived, we had to spend an hour disinfecting the refrigerator because of mold. There were also moldy spots in the bathroom and one of the bedrooms. Several electrical devices (two heaters, extractor hood) were broken. The furnishings in the bedrooms were a bit sparse (no closets).

Bed were not stable, moving or sliding with a body movement- perhaps something could be improved- there is no fitted carpet so the bed legs should be somehow fixed to the floor

The wifi didn't work in my room and the receptionist denied the issue and kept saying there was access in all rooms. I had to go find a cafe to have an important webinar. Later a different receptionist said they had not connected the basement rooms to the internet. Also the window catch in my room didn't work. I felt unsafe in a downstairs room. Again the same receptionist was apathetic and unconcerned. He suggested I email the management.
