The hotel has been refurbished and looks great. The staff were very friendly and looked after our luggage, so we could go off exploring. Close to everything. The room was modern, and clean, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was limited but adequate.

The room was tiny. Had to climb over each other to get in and out of bed. Smallest hotel room I have ever been in.

Beautiful location and grounds. Rooms were huge and very clean. The staff were brilliant and really looked after us, especially important as we had a baby in our group; nothing was too much trouble.

The location was great. The house was clean. BUT, the breakfast was nonexistent. Small cereal box without milk, jam but no bread and a few teaspoons of instant coffee. THIS IS A SELF CATERING!

We booked a B&B but basically found a self catering accommodation. For 2 people/ 2 days there were 4 small boxes of cereal but no milk, 4 pads of jam but no bread and a few teaspoons of instant coffee. We had to find a store to purchase breakfast that was supposed to be included. For the price we paid, that was very disappointing!!!

When we arrive we got a room in a panel house, like a prison block, we were surprised when saw it after you can see pictures in booking.com. Maybe some paiting and flower could help. No buffet style dinner..too much waiting for the meal, you can choose from the menu for £29/person and no drink included.

Room wasn’t well thought out e.g. one chair only for two people and no desk or table although plenty of space for them. Bed was pretty uncomfortable, just needed a topper to fix that.
