I had reserved an adjoined family room and the room was perfectly equipped for my family's overnight stay before our flight from Stansted. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. My children (12&9) felt very grown up having their own room with all their own facilities! Choice at the breakfast buffet was great and plentiful. All staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to stay here again before another flight from Stansted.

The carpet in both rooms that we reserved had patches were it was completely worn through and this was also obvious in different places in some of the corridors as well. With such an impressive entrance in the lobby and excellence facilities throughout the hotel you don't expect to see this and it let down the image of the hotel in my opinion but did not affect our stay in any way. This is just my observation!

Perfect location as it is close to the city but also quiet. The view from our room and the restaurant area was lovely. You can do a 15-20 minutes walk to the town. The hotel has a classy vibe and is relaxing. For some reason, we liked the interior design and structure of it. Also I would like to commend Ms. Lyle who is at the reception. She was so professional and absolutely helpful!

The breakfast buffet has limited options but it was decent. There is no bath bomb available in the room if you want to use the tub. Also, we brought our own food and there’s left over kept tidy at the table beacuse the fridge wasn’t working. The cleaning staff threw all of it the next morning after we came back from our breakfast. We did not put a sign outside that we need our room cleaned.

Great location for the Utilita Arena and bars/restaurants. Really friendly and helpful staff. The room itself was great, really well equipped, quiet and clean. Really good breakfast too!

Steep stairs for lugging suitcases, but not much you can do about that. Walls were a bit thin, could hear the people in adjoining room talking and doors shutting.
