  The owners of this hotel certainly understand what their clientele want and they deliver on every aspect. The staff were extremely helpful and delivered an excellent/bespoke service. If you re travelling up north, go out of your way to stay here, and you will not be disappointed. I very much hope to visit again.

  Nice View from Balcony. Hot tub are very private. The lodge was very spacious and comfortable

  The fixtures and fittings were a bit tatty and the lodge could do with an upgrade. The hot tub was a bit grimy, dont know if there was an issue with the pump but we had to do a bit of cleaning.

  The location, the decor and the staff were all lovely. The location is also perfect.

  No air con in the room and it was a very hot day. More to be done for people with allergies, breakfast had no labels for nut free options and the nuts were in an open bowl next to breakfast cereals enabling cross contamination.
