The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

From the moment we stepped into this hotel, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The room was not only impeccably clean but also incredibly comfortable, providing a cozy sanctuary after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel’s location couldn’t be more perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and amenities that London has to offer. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit every taste. Overall, our experience here exceeded all expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in London!

The bathroom sink wasn’t draining quick enough, I’m sure they should fix it after we reported. Other than that, nothing

Location was incredible. Views from the sea view room were an added bonus. Staff went above and beyond to help us by squeezing us in a very busy restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable. Already planning next trip there.

Good sized room. Good location for foot access to Piccadilly and Victoria rail stations

Room was serviced after first night but the following day was not serviced. Reception told us that long stay rooms (we stayed 4 nights) are only serviced every 3 days. This had not been mentioned at check in. We were offered and accepted an additional room clean. We expected better service quality for the price paid. Check in requires photo ID (which is photocopied) for security. Access from the street to the staircase and lift does not involve passing the check in desk. Less security. Central Manchester has large numbers of rough sleepers. They slept quietly but are very visible when returning to the hotel (and to all other nearby central area hotels) at night.

the bathroom didn't have a shower. the taps were very confusing to run and didn't work properly! also the fact there is no lift and our room was at the top of the hotel and i had to humph my suitcase up.. wasn't the best.

Great location albeit hard to find in the dark off the main road

The only negative would be the blinds on the window as I needed to pop a pillow against them to block more of the light out
