Easy to get to off the motorway and so great with our dog she even had a goody bag. Staff so helpful and the dog friendly laminate area in the lounge/bar meant we could sit with our dog and have our meals there. ,

Very clean and spacious. Excellent amenities with everything you’d need while staying. Supermarket a short drive away and a lovely little village down the road too.

Not much to dislike really. If I had to say something maybe a little blind in the bathroom window. Although it has privacy glass it would make it feel a lot more private while using the bathroom.

The charm of the interior of the whole hotel. We stayed in a 4 poster room which was lovely. The bar area and restaurant was also lovely.

There are no improvements needed however don't arrive in anything bigger than a Fiat 500 if you are worried about your parking skills as it is so tight in not only the bays but also the entrance and if you are arrive after 3pm it is a lottery if you will get a space or not. Drinks a bit expensive.

Stayed mid-May. Had a lovely stay and the hotel was great overall but encountered a problem when I tried calling number given in guest information booklet in my room to report a security/safety concern late evening as went through to an automated number giving details about Christmas activities. Tried Duty Manager number given in the booklet as well but number unanswered so left a detailed voicemail about my concern requesting a callback but received no reply. Reported concerns to staff member next morning who said he would pass on the information . Lovely hotel and staff team but need a more robust system in place for reporting incidents and regular safety checks being carried out, as no phone in rooms to speak to reception staff directly and contact number given goes through to an out-of-date pre-recording and got response to message left for Duty Manager to call.me back.
