Fantastic location close to the beach and with good transport links to nearby resorts. Well equipped kitchen, with breakfast items which was really helpful. Comfy beds, master bedroom very spacious and easily accommodated our travel cot. Parking on the street was easy. 10 min walk to the town which had lots of places to eat. Host very kindly posted a teddy which got left behind!

Just as a few pointers we would suggest more hangers in the wardrobe, a brighter bathroom light and better lighting in the hallway. TV didn't pick up many channels but we managed to cast our phones. WiFi only worked in the twin bedroom!

My mum can cook, really cook. I rang her up and told her her breakfast was second compared to this little gem I have just found. Also the room was very presentable, clean and comfortable.

Excellent large well decorated room and bathroom. Rump steak for the evening meal was cooked to perfection. Superb local beer.

For breakfast we each selected a bap and coffee for £7 each The waitress charged us £10.95 each saying the cheaper price was for walk ins Naturally we cancelled the breakfast.

Probably only the position of the room. I was very warm, but as the room was sited above and just to the side of the outside smoking area downstairs, I felt that I couldn't open the window as it would have been a wee bit noisy and possibly smoke may have drifted upwards.
