Gorgeous cozy apartment in the heart of Innerleithen. Beautiful aesthetic indoors with dual aspect windows offering us pastoral views locally along with sunrises and sunsets. The blackbird was serenading us morning and evening! This was our home for two weeks and we loved it! Thank you to Annette and Roy for their warm and welcoming hospitality. When you are travelling its the little things which go a long way. The Borders region of Scotland is a sight to behold and we breathed it all in. Access to the countryside is so easy. This is also mountain biking mecca. The village is so walkable for everything you would need. And the people in the village are super friendly.

If you are coming to this area in April be prepared for colder temperatures and inclement weather. Pack accordingly, the weather is not a hindrance. There was nothing not to like. The apartment was fabulous.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Karma St Martins. The location is lovely right beside the beach and next to one of the quays on the island. The staff were so friendly and helpful, which really made the stay. The hotel organised boat trips to the other off islands, which was really useful. The food was excellent as well.

Our room was a little noisy because we were in a family room with an adjoining door. The decor was a little dated, but otherwise, we found the room to be comfortable and very clean.

The house was fairly clean, two very big kitchens downstairs and a dining room. Bathroom was a bit small and very cold as none of the heaters were on even at night. Nice TV in the room with hdmi, fairly spacious. Staff were nice and the location is brilliant if you don't plan on staying too long.

My room was not really as advertised, the bed was really uncomfortable. It wasn't really a bed, it was sort of a fold up sofa. They did give me a sort of topper and an extra duvet but it was still pretty uncomfortable, a guest left one of the rooms and they did offer it to me but by then I was 2 nights of a 3 night stay in so there wasn't much of a point to it. Also only got one towel from the place which wasn't enough so I got my own towel.

Location was excellent, access to the 7th floor by elevator. Secure access with front desk concierge, Transport links with bus stops within 5 minute walk, tube and Elizabeth line under ten minutes and local supermarket just around the corner.

since our earlier visit about 12 months ago there has been a drop in standards. The lounge curtains still the same drab brown, hanging as if it was a poor students accommodation, glassware consisted of 4 x fluted champagne 1 x small wine glass and 2 large pint glasses not practical for normal use, two cups that were stained beyond cleaning. No bathroom tumblers, not even plastic ones. Decor overall very tired in desperate need of an overhaul. All the plates needed to be washed prior to use. For the fees charged I think they could make a better effort at the decor and amenities.

This was a great place. Right next to the Milan restaurant where I had decided to eat. The "airing" cupboard was magic allowing me to dry off my wet clothes and even my walking shoes overnight.

We were in The Pink Room which was above the kitchen. So in the evening we could hear noise from the staff playing music and talking. Then early in the morning we were disturbed by the noise of the kitchen extract fans. The room was nice but the mattress on the bed is probably the worst I have had in a hotel. I am small and only weigh 50kg but the mattress dipped in the middle and squashed flat if you sat on the side of the bed. It needs replacing. Everything else was very good but would not stay in that particular room again. I mentioned this to the member of staff who served breakfast.
