Really nice house - highly recommended. Welcoming but unobtrusive hosts, convenient yet peaceful location, lovely countryside views & places to sit (kites & swallows flying right overhead). Spotlessly clean (really exceptionally so), masses of towels, really warm, lots of hot water. Kitted out with absolutely everything one might need, including a comprehensive file of useful numbers, things to do etc. They're obviously seasoned hosts & know exactly what people need for an easy, enjoyable stay. Two tiny comments, neither of which would stop us coming back: it would be nice to have a selection of books - there are guide books but no novels. & the bedside lights in one of the bedrooms could do with being a bit brighter. But we would very happily stay here again. Very impressed!

Didn`t Book a sea view room at the time of booking as it was the last double available at the short time frame but was more then surprised when one was allocated to us when arriving What a superb outlook we were more then pleasantly pleased with our stay and the rooms at Wetherspoons Hotels are always roomy and adequate and always fit for purpose Well done Booking.com and Tim Martin !!! One more comment about the bathroom and that is how good the shower pressure was !!!

Only one disappointment which is nobodies fault and nothing to do with the booking and that was an electrical fault in the kitchen which made the otherwise Superb Wetherspoons breakfast unavailable So Sorry !!!

Lovely hotel ,good location bus stop just outside hotel , kids loved the swimming pool, beds very comfortable, and great choice of breakfast, nice seating up on the balcony on nice sunny day .

Could have done with a blind in the bathroom as it faced out on to street. Better curtains in bedroom as the light was coming in early morning, chocolate spread for breakfast would be nice for the kids .

The owner told us that the keys were in the key box, but weren’t. He took more than one hour to get there. If someone hadn’t opened the gate, we would be freezing outside the building.

After we got in, we realised that the acomodation was very poor and dirty. Bathroom was upstairs and kitchen and toilet were very dirty.

The hotel is near Euston Station, very close to the city centre. The staff is very welcoming and try its best to make your stay pleasant.

2 staff booking in with 2 different groups at the screens,no one at the desk but still wanted us to use the machine. We wanted late checkout but male ciolleage said if its not booked up you can but if hotel fully booked its £10 So surely if its booked up its a No. We did get 1 hour later checkout but was abit awkward and it didn't need to be.

Dirty, bedding unclean. It was a last minute trip and Unfortunately we were limited to availability. I would not recommend this hotel. They say you only get what you pay for!!!!
