The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and plenty of extras. As well as the usual coffees and teas, there was a choice of fresh fruit and sweets. Everything was very clean. The shower was good and as well as towels, flannels were provided. Parking was easy. Stephanie the host was very welcoming. The breakfast was good quality. Lighting was good and having USB charging points was helpful.

There is nothing to complain about the property or our stay. We weren't expecting the rooms to be on the ground floor, but this wasn't a problem, other than a bit of reluctance to open the windows overnight for fresh air. I didn't like the scent of the plug-in air freshener, but realise this is a matter of personal taste and it was easily rectified by turning it off!

Absolutely loved location, gorgeous view and ease of access for walk or hikes. The property was so cosy that we both loved being able to relax after a day of sightseeing. It had a homely feel, welcoming us back after each outing. More than enough room for a couple.

The only tiny gripe was the TV remotes were a bit unresponsive. It didn't take anything away from our holiday we enjoyed it regardless.

Ideally situated for the short walk into Canterbury. Free parking at the property. Quiet and peaceful. Very clean and welcoming. Room was cosy, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional.

Whole place was totally rundown and needs a complete refurbishment. The language of the clients in the bar was 'rich' and unnecessarily loud. It was cold and I was told that the door to the restaurant had ro remain open. The food itself was mediocre.

The floor was very dirty. The toilet had not been washed in condition and the remains of the previous tenants remained. The shower was also dirty and the smell was very unpleasant. They put us in a basement next to the heater and while the heat was running all day it was unbearable. The beds and mattresses were broken, the beds with the screws outside. The walls were full of moisture and holes and the basement windows were broken. I don't recommend this accommodation. And to end up on the bedside table we also found remnants of something that we can't describe attached photo.
