From the moment we entered the building we were met by happy smiling members of staff. They were of smart and tidy appearance and were eager to welcome us. Each member of staff carried out their work efficiently and nothing was too much bother. The selection of breakfast items on offer was more than expected we particularly enjoyed the home made yogurt pots and fresh fruits. Again staff were exemplary. We will definitely come here again.

Absolutely nothing, not as described, photos not genuine. No balcony,up 5 flights of stairs also not listed in the ad. Cracked wallpaper and plaster and fireplace coming off the wall. Front of the building was constantly open so felt very unsafe shower door handle swinging off I’ve complained and asked for help and had absolutely no response

Beautiful studio in an excellent location. The flat was just minutes walk from Farringdon & the Elizabeth line which was brilliant to get to the airports and to the rest of the city. It was spotlessly clean and I slept very comfortably, loved the bubble chair!

Location fabulous, very close to the beach and all that Whitstable has to offer, but is far enough away to be peaceful and a good night's sleep with the windows open. A 5 minutes walk to The Neptune Pub, which has a great vibe, 2 minute walk to the beach.

The property was even better in person that in pictures, however that’s possible! Stunning apartment. Super comfy beds. Everything you need for a real luxurious stay. Super clean on arrival, staff are lovely and very helpful.

The wardrobe was very broken on arrival. The hot water did not work for 3 days and the owner did not respond to any messages. The WIFI did not work for 6 days. The beds are uncomfortable. The room felt dirty.
