The place was modern, clean and nicely furnished. Julie who looked after us was fantastic, she cooked us the perfect breakfasts and did a great job of putting on some concert themed cakes with some concert themed bits and bobs ( gig at anfield was the reason we where there) and she kept the place clean and brought a great atmosphere around the place, always happy and friendly and had time to chat with us.

It was perfect for being so close to the stadium but otherwise we found that it is quite far from lots of other tourists spots around Liverpool.

The two men at reception were lovely, warm and welcoming. They couldn’t have been more helpful. In general all the staff were amazing and I throughly enjoyed my stay.

The property was a real surprise used to some apartments being small and basic. This was really big spacious. The bathroom was really nice as were the other rooms.

Great location on the main road but it was quiet at night. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms all had toiletries in which was a lovely surprise!

How super dog friendly the Crown is. There was such attention to detail and we felt very comfortable wherever we went. The pub has a lovely atmosphere.

The apartment was dirty, cobwebs, old flower petals and stains on floor, mud wiped on the wall by window in living room, dead plants, crusty food (?) on chair, broken/wobbly bathroom door handle, broken mirror light (wouldn't turn off), toilet roll on floor behind toliet absorbed with yellow liquid (possible toilet leak?), 3 mops but no broom, food items left in cupboard, broken freezer drawers all frozen stuck, large crack in bedside lamp, no pump on hand wash dispenser in bathroom, and broken vent panel under fridge. Alot of these things didn't prevent us from trying to enjoy the apartment, but for the price we paid it was disappointing.
