The room was exactly what I needed and expected although no TV there was Internet so it wasn't a issue. I was on a business trip as I had to attend a course for 3 days at Grant UK Excellent value for money with a lovely, friendly host. Not a big room but I found it very clean and cosy.

I was in a really big room. The transformation of the is hotel is still happening. While it is obvious that they are still working on the hotel and the general area around it that had no effect on my comfort. I slept really well and noise from outside is not a problem.

Honestly, I have no complaints. This hotel was ideal for my trip to Belfast. It is a short walk to the city centre and the staff were really lovely. I can't think of anything I didn't like so if there was something it definitely wasn't a deal breaker.

The location is great, staff are friendly. also, the rooms are well equipped and the bathroom (despite cramped) was tidey, clean and had a good shower. mini bar is well priced for beers/spirits/snacks but over priced for wine/prosecco.

I have stayed in most Montcalms in London and most of the estate is pretty tired and this one is kind of in the middle. To be clear, THIS IS NOT A 5* HOTEL, not even close! Small, cramped and overcrowded reception, one tiny slow lift for the entire hotel (awful at mid-morning when people are going up and down to breakfast or to check out). Breakfast was not great!! They use a narrow bar/cafe next door (which is basically a bar with about 8 tables at the back which aims to service the entire hotel. See pictures. The food was low quality, very pale yellow (almost off-white scrambled egg) and nowhere to sit (as the tables were full and so were all the bar stools to eat at the bar. certainly not 5 star !

The room was amazing. Everything was amazing, the staff were great and Very helpful. Solved all our problems and were very nice to speak too.

Unfortunately the bed was not very clean, lots of hairs which made us feel like the bed might not have been cleaned properly, carpet in the room felt so dirty that we did not want to step on it without socks. Bed made a lot of noises when you made the slightest move which was quite annoying. Bathroom was not clean at all, although it was a shared bathroom there where a lot of (urine) stains on the toilet and hairs everywhere. We would have rated this place a lot higher if the cleaning was done more properly.
