The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The breakfast was fantastic, the hash Browns were the best, the bacon could have been cooked a little better as I'm not a person who likes bacon fat. The whole 3 night stay was great, the bed was comfortable the food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and me and my partner will be staying again.

The location of the hotel, an easy walk away from Waverley station, and centrally placed for outings elsewhere, suited us very well. Staff at the reception desk were consistently friendly and helpful.

Our top-floor room with a sloping ceiling felt a little cramped. I suppose it did have the advantage of distancing us from street noise in a city centre. However, we had noisy neighbours opening and closing their room doors in the early hours, and calling out to each other quite loudly. In the bathroom area, water drained only very slowly from our wash basin --- so slowly it would be hard for anyone cleaning the basin not to notice the problem. The breakfast room, and particularly its serving area, felt cramped / over-crowded given the number of people using it. Also, the range and quality of food offered for breakfast was not up to the standard we have experienced at other Holidy Inn hotels.

Everything was perfect. Apartment size and hot tub, could have asked for anything better, in the ideal location too. Loved the complementary bubbly thank you.

Was a wee bit noisy during the night with slamming doors off other guests.

Great stay only 5 mins from Warwick Uni campus. Lovely breakfast provided to our mini cottage / room - breakfast roll, croissant and orange juice.

The building was beautiful and historic, the grounds were pleasant and the lounges/ dining areas were lovely. The staff were pleasant.

The booking form was misleading as I was led to believe from the pictures that I was specifically booking a twin room, whereas it had bunk beds and I had avoided booking those. I was also led to.believe there would be parking available whereas we had to park in the road, and there was a charge for breakfast which made the whole stay more expensive than many hotels, so not a cheap option at all. The worst thing was the toilet next door; a constant procession of noisy people kept using it ar night till about 1am at least and I couldn't sleep for the noise and felt terrible the next day.

Lovely place in a great location. Contactless check in worked great for us as our travel distance didn’t allow us to be there by 8pm.
