The flat was surprisingly big, dog friendly, clean, well presented and had everything you need, including wi fi and a TV. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, hob, toaster, fridge freezer and so on. Also log burner with wood provided. Remote location which is what we wanted. Very enjoyable stay.

Location is good, plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars around. Buses and metro stations nearby. The room was nice and cute. Bed comfortable. Check-in was very straightforward. A great value for money.

It is missing very little to be a great. There is no tea towel, no rubbish in the kitchen area, and the remote control for the TV was not there... The whatsapp that they make available to us is never answered! The lack of communication is the biggest issue.

The room was clean, as was the ensuite bathroom. It was in the town center, easy walking to the shops, pubs, and restaurants in Portree.

It is basically an upscale hostel, which we didnot realize, at the time of booking. Although it was mentioned there were stairs and no elevator. We found we had indoor stairs and then outside stairs to negotiate. With only backpacks not problem, but with suitcases it was a pain. Lack of parking was a daily problem.
