The whole weekend was perfect! We were really lucky with the weather but we all said it wouldn't have mattered if it was rainy as we would have had the seating area and a fire. The hosts were so friendly and kind, and we all loved the animals. We would be really happy to visit again!

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and lovely furnishings. The beds were comfortable and it looked as pictured. A basket of tea, coffee and milk sachets were there as well which was very welcomed. The shower was good and when I needed to ring the host they were responsive.

There was no parking available which as it was all permitted so we had to park at a local multi storey. There were no coasters available although we did fold up some kitchen roll to put our drinks on to avoid damage. We had to leave earlier than planned because the fire alarm kept going off, the cleaner turned up and it was clear it was an alarm malfunction rather than a fire but she did not know how to fix the situation so we left due to the loud noise. It was fortunate that it was the morning we were leaving anyway. It could have done with some plug in air fresheners as it smelt of dried plaster due to it being a new property.

We liked how clean, well decorated, well furnished and spacious the apartment was. The hosts were also very accommodating and gave brilliant guidance to how to find keys ect.

It's an old property, you hear other people outside and in the building - nothing the host can do anything about and a compromise well worth it for the location and quality.
