Breakfast was only served after 8.30 so if you are there for work and needed to leave any earlier you don't get ANYTHING. NOT EVEN A HOT DRINK. With no kettle in room only got a glass of water before I left at 8.15am

No kettle in room, so you couldn't make a drink. I would have thought kettle in your room standard in the UK these days. WiFi not available in most rooms. Phone signal non existent (Vodafone). No toiletries in the bathroom at all, not even soap in the hand basin

Great location. Quiet site and within half an hour of lots of popular towns. Great staff. Great onside restaurant/bar. Spotlessly clean. All you need for a comfortable stay. Will definitely be going back. Loved it!

Insane hotel for the price it’s one of the best in Manchester we stayed in the premium city view room on the 12th floor and everything about the hotel and room was perfect no complaints whatsoever

Breakfast was only just aired I had a single room, it's small but functional for my needs. However, there was mould on the wall behind fridge which smelled(ventilation in this area might be good) and unfortunately there was no heating so it was cold.. There was a heater supplied but found sleeping difficult when in use and I opened the window due to the mould as I suffer with bronchial problems 😒

Put in an accessible room for some reason, the bars on the bathroom wall in combination with the low water pressure meant I basically couldn't get fully under the shower. Water heat was low and it was a cold wet room. Miserable experience, left the shower cold. Room service was an absolute joke. QR code on menu didn't work, so I rang reception which the menu said was the other option. Lady at reception was confused as to why I rang the number and told me to come downstairs and order room service at the bar. My card from booking.com wasn't transferred to them so I had to come down to reception, have my card taken as security (this would have been done had I been able to check in traditionally like a normal hotel, but I was forced to do their self check-in). Then I had to walk to the bar to order room service, and asked if I'd like to take my own drinks upstairs?! Ridiculous, also really overpriced. I know room service tends to be but this lack of organisation and process just took the mickey. As staff forced me to use the self check-in and check-out rather than talking to me (despite them hovering over me while I did it, so not saving them any time or manpower) nobody bothered asking how my stay was. Terrible reception staff, terrible organisation, the one good bit was breakfast.
