We had an amazing time here. The staff was friendly and helped us if we were in need. Breakfast was perfect and so was the service they provided in the evening (you can enjoy the bar till 1 pm). Our room was cleaned every day so we’d also like to say a big thank you to the housekeepers.

It takes a long time to get into the city centre but actually you can’t really point out any negative thing which the staff of the hotel can be accountable for. Thanks for everything.

Great location, about 5 mins walk from Tottenham Court Road station and in the middle of soho. As advertised the room was tiny and really only for for one but had everything you need for a short stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The bed was so hard it felt like I was sleeping on the floor, a slightly comfier mattress would go a long way. Rooms were very small, good for a day or two but you wouldn’t want to spend much more than that there.

The hotel is just 10 minutes away from the NEC so is perfectly placed for an overnight stay. It was next to the pub but not noisy. The rooms looked nice and fairly well decorated. A complaint on the night was dealt with.

There were no mattress or pillow protectors on either of the beds I was given. I would expect an undersheet as a basic minimum. I was given a room with twin beds when I complained. It wasn't the most comfortable bed to sleep in and I gave up trying at 0430. I had left the hotel by 0530 to go home. It didn't help that the room was really hot and didn't cool down even with an open window

The bedrooms were clean and relatively roomy. The view was great and it had a lovely bathroom with a walk-in shower. The beds were comfortable. It was situated right on the wall and very central to everything.

There were a lot of stairs but obviously from the location, a lift was not possible.

Clean, private, no interference. Very comfortable bed.. stylish, thoughtful.

No tea towel or dishcloth. Shower bottom door seal not good, impossible to shower without water escaping. At 5'2" would not have been able to use microwave if I had wanted. Although parking is marked, a sign indicating that entrance is around the back would help.

I cannot give a better review.. The management are acutely aware why.. The price should be the price And promised refund on a full con has not been sent as promised.. Watch out for.the superhog nonsense

Nothing was actively wrong with the hotel (though the breakfast wasn't the best) but I didn't feel that it was any better than some others that were significantly cheaper - though they weren't in Bamburgh so maybe that's why!
