The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

An excellent guest house where we were made very welcome by Brian and his daughter Claire. Lovely rooms and a delicious breakfast. Very good value for money, highly recommend.

We booked this hotel as it is closest to the airport as we were flying back to Australia

When we fly back to the UK we always stay in this hotel. The only downside is the breakfast which use to be tabled service for the full breakfast, it is now a buffet which is not the best, no filtered coffee or pots of tea, just a machine. The whole breakfast experience seems to be geared around what’s easier for the hotel not what is the best experience for guests.

The location is great. Very central. The flat is spacious and good size.

From the first moment, it was clear this property was overpriced and not worth the money. The entranceway was uncared for and in urgent need of repair, such as painting, filling chipped concrete, and dealing with leaking acid from an old fixture. The flat itself was cold, damp, and unclean—like the vacuum hadn't been used in a while, and it was left in the bedroom. Outside the front door, a mop was nestled between metal peacock statues. The master bedroom bedframe was broken, the kettle didn't work, the sofa cushions were backward, a candle on the mantlepiece was tipped over, and the table and countertops were sticky. On our second night, the neighbor knocked to say that the en suite shower/bathroom was leaking into their flat below and asked for the name of someone to contact. I didn't even know there was a bathroom in that room! I also realized that all messages I had received were signed "Management," so there was no person to reach out to. I wrote to the generic email, and the next day, I got a call from the maintenance person who wanted to stay in touch with me about the problem. Apparently, the bathroom had been leaking for two weeks and hadn't been repaired. This flat could be a wonderful property to rent for short stays, but it is absolutely not. And it is way overpriced.

The location is nice & quiet. For the price, it was good.

The bed & pillows weren't very comfortable. Could do with a mini fridge in the room.

Great location, friendly staff and and comfortable.

My blind did not work - so was awake as soon as it got light, not much sleep. It was also right next to a lift which announced itself everytime someone pushed a button - tad annoying
Positive section of review
It was close to T5 and cheaper than the Sofitel

It’s a maze of small narrow corridors, the room is reminiscent of one of the poorer Travelodges and there is a ridiculously overpriced shop.
