Bed so comfortable , kitchen is good, heater works well. Feel clean in all area , have a lot of towel and tissue. And also have welcome food ... milk, orange juice and bread. And location is good near train station by walk.

The location is amazing, so quick to walk to the promenade. You can see the sea which is beautiful. We loved the balcony. It was so clean and so beautifully presented and had a lovely aura about it.

Location very central The bar staff were very helpful and friendly and the cleaning staff were very helpful in helping me down the stairs with my bag.

The stairs were quite steep and difficult with a case. The breakfast was only prepackaged foods in an area in the corridor. I prefer availability of cooked breakfast

The location . Easy to get to Wembley stadium.

They asked for 50 pounds holding deposit, and this was not mentioned on the booking.com . I checked in on Sunday and paid the deposit , I have been told that as soon I check out, I will be given the money back. I have checked out Monday , and today is Wednesday. I am still waiting for the money . I am guessing it will take 3 to 7 working days . This needs to be transparent on the Booking.com website. I was not happy because it was a surprise. Please update the advert for future customers.

Our room was on the ground floor and we could not have the curtains open as the carpark was directly outside. Our room was also near the septic tank and the smell was awful.
