The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The location is the reason why people stay here - 5 minutes walk to airport terminal. Rooms are basic, dated and needing done up but provide what you need for a one night stay before or after a flight. The bed was comfortable and shower was fine. The reception staff were pleasant and friendly. One member of staff was particularly helpful when I needed emails printed out.

Prices for food and drink are high - because they have a captive audience and there's nothing much at airport. (But there's a Gregg's close by).

We had an amazing Stay at Whiteheather Barn, Heather was amazing the cottage was amazing, ever tiny detail obviously given a lot of thought, would definitely recommend. Ever muffins, wine and fresh milk for the humans and little paw biscuits for the dog.

There was nothing at all to dislike, everything was immaculate.

I love coming to this hotel, and as I booked with a breakfast I was seemingly upgraded to a double double room . Wonderful. The breakfast was also sublime.

The staff were friendly. The location was suitable for us. I can't think of any more positive comments.

The bedroom was cold when we arrived. We struggled to put the heater on, but managed to do so. However, we couldn't adjust the heat so the room then got very warm. The pillows on the bed were rubbery. The bathroom was very cramped. The washbasin tap was faulty and sprayed water everywhere. The noise from other guests between 23:55pm and 00:25am was unacceptable. The food at dinner was not as good as your average pub. The breakfast was spoiled by putting eggs under heat lamps, and to have to make our own coffee from a machine is not acceptable. We have never come across this before. The hotel may have four stars because of the facilities, but it's more like a glorified motel. They even charge you to park in their own, huge, car park, and they take your money up front as if they don't trust you to pay when you check out.
