We have been visiting The Bridge House Hotel about 5-6 times, it's got beautiful scenery, great food made fresh and the staff are brilliant. There's nothing that's ever too much, very welcoming. A big shout out to Megan, Jessica and Mick! It was good to see them again and good to meet Mick. You are all doing a fab job!!

Our room this time was on the ground floor and right near the front door. I couldnt really open the windows as too worried strangers could break in. The bed and the pillows were way too soft, quite uncomfortable actually. I prefer more firmer bed and pillows. I also prefer to have a room upstairs.

Excellent central location. Chose to stay here based on my previous experience with Park Plaza (Victoria location). Room was spacious and clean. Had to request for slippers and dental kit. Found empty shower cap and dental kit boxes in the bathroom (which were unopened but empty inside?!).

Every night the room temperature was very warm, and air con was fan speed was centrally controlled. It was very difficult to get a good sleep in such manner. Room temp setting were kept at 16 degrees but there were no control for fan speed. Had to call the front desk who said that there were no engineers out of hours to fix the fan speed. Same issue second night. Upon requesting for the fan speed to be adjusted, they offered a fan in the room, which made a difference and helped us sleep better. Asked for cutlery and some plates which never arrived.
