The hotel is clean and bright. The hotel was booked as it was close to the Arran ferry. Due to Ferry disruption, our plans had to be changed, entailing an extra nights stay, when the original plan was again made possible the hotel was helpful and flexible. They allowed us to cancel the now unwanted extra night, the staff were very helpful and understanding. The room was clean, modern and the bathroom was very well decorated and clean. The view of the sea was great and the room on the beach side was very quiet and relaxing. The restaurant was very clean and the food good. Breakfast was also very good. All staff were friendly, professional and helpful. A great stay and would highly recommend if using the Ardrossan ferry, 5 mins drive. It was also very convenient for the replacement Troon Ferry allow 30 mins for the drive. Good hotel car parking.

Could not find fault with our sea side room. The rooms on the road side could be quite noisy for light sleepers.

Lovely 2 night stay at Well Cottage. Room was comfortable, nice touches and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was great too and loved chatting to Neil & Bridget and our fellow guests. Great location for exploring Cirencester and not too far from Bourton on the Water and Stow on the Wold. Would highly recommend and would love to return.

Location was excellent. Loved how close we were to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Apartment is very cute and spacious enough for 3 adults.

It would have been helpful to have more instructions on how to use Nespresso machine, washer/dryer and more clarity on heating/air system. Owners should create a handbook with clear instructions for everything I mentioned above and include local eateries other than Rosarios. This would be helpful for all visitors but especially for those that do not live in the UK.

The apartment needs a little work to make it more comfortable and safe for guests. A few things to point out that you may want to attend to: 1. Power points next to bed are not working and melted with wire hanging out. Very dangerous and someone could be electrocuted. 2. Bath mats and hand towels for the bathroom 3. Toilet paper roll holder missing 4. Only one wine glass 5. Hand sanitiser in shower instead of body wash 6. Heated towel rail not working 7. Bed has no mattress protector which in a rental is quite unhygenic 8. Some simple things like tea, coffee, milk etc for kitchen. 9. Main apartment Lobby area flooded with water. We had much higher expectations and feel that with these simple fixes would make a huge difference for the guests.
