The property was well furnished and very comfortable for 6 people. There are 4 bedrooms each one had a double bed in it. 3 bathrooms each one looked great and very clean. Smart TV's in most rooms and a big comfy sofa for groups to chill out on as well as WiFi for your devices. There are games and a Ping Pong table provided and the kitchen was well stocked. It took us a little time to find everything but we had plenty of space and amenities.

The house is a terrace style so it is not very wide but goes up 3 floors (lots of steps). We had the kids in the top floor and the oldies in the bottom floor so it worked out well for us. Also there is no parking at the property, as the front goes out onto the street, but there is a side road very close to the property you can park at. It can get a bit busy in this street but we where able to find a sport each day.

Great accommodation in an unassuming street off the High St and 15 minutes walk from Royal Liverpool GC. I was very surprised and pleased with the level of detail and thought that had gone into planning. To have coffee beans and a grinder and leaf tea, supplied as standard (along with tea bags) was wonderful. I am sure to return even if the Kings Cap hotel re-opens

Great location on the seafront below the castle with excellent views across the bay towards Harlech. Close to many amenities and on the coastal path with walks east towards Porthmadog and west along the peninsular.

Happy with everything.

Room very clean. Stylish and minimalist with controls by the bed. Location is slap bang in the center of Sheffield.

A lot of the homeless and drug orientated characters hang close to the entrance. basic rooms are too basic (i.e. no drinking device). the low price draws in multiple contractors that smoke weed. Having to pay for a window and not knowing the state of the day.

The host was friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient and desirable.

Unfortunately, the house itself was old and not well maintained. The kitchen lacked a door, which resulted in food smells permeating the entire house. I kindly request that the host avoid cooking strongly scented and spicy dishes when hosting guests. This is common courtesy. Additionally, it’s worth noting that the room couldn’t be locked from the inside, which made me feel somewhat uncomfortable.

Cleanliness and comfort of room - good value for money; breakfast first class

Not clear you have to pay £20 to park for what was 8 hours overnight - standard charge is too high Food on room service was basic and not great on the night

Other guests slamming doors was very annoying and kept waking us up.

Very modern, good location.

Not utensils in the kitchen. Someone tried to open our door repeatedly in the early hours of the morning.
