- “Baan Thai House is a really beautiful hotel set in really lovely grounds. We booked 2 rooms which were both absolutely lovely and one of the rooms had the bonus of an outdoor shower. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We really loved the pool area which was well maintained with plenty of sun beds and a beautiful setting by the river. The staff were wonderful; extremely friendly and very helpful. We booked a sunset river tour through the hotel which was excellent and were dropped off at the night market for food. They also arranged a transfer back to Bangkok too. The hotel is a short tuk tuk or taxi ride to the main sights and we liked the fact it was tucked away in a lovely quiet area surrounded by well maintained gardens and a lovely lake. Would definitely stay here again!”

  We were looking for a relaxed weekend away and thus is exactly what we got! Diana & Euan have thought of everything and have truly put their visitors first in this little gem of a retreat, this much is evident in the flat itself. It's such a warm, welcoming, relaxing space to enough some downtime!

  * No coffee/kettle * No tv remote in 1 room * In the 2nd room we had a tv remote but batteries leaked so not useable *Couldn't open a window *Marks on wall *Loud at nighttime outside and inside the hotel Maybe add soundproof windows? And just remind people to have respect when entering the hotel? *2nd room Bed sheets had stains/mess didnt really want to sleep on them so we put towels down on the sheets and slept on them instead *bathroom tap ended up breaking and couldn’t turn off at all. Appreciate the staff for trying to solve it but got moved to another room as a solution
