Really enjoyed my time at the hotel: bedding was comfortable and room clean, while had a great view of the Orme from our window. Came with a (very nice) Breakfast that allowed you to pick some fruit/cereal and order hot food. Location is central (right next to the pier) and thus very useful for seeing Llandudno or walking up Orme.

Struggled to get the shower working initially as instructions to use weren't clear. Room wasn't massive which might be an issue for some people, although definitely enough room to be comfortable in.

The welcome was warm, if brief. The bed in the room was comfy and the bedding was nice. The kettle and tea and coffee facilities were useful. The room and corridors upstairs smelt nice as there were plug ins.

The bathroom was old-fashioned and the shower curtain looked unhygienic. The shower was a dribble. Hairdryer was small and didn't have enough power to dry my hair. The road noise would have affected light sleepers. I thought this was overpriced for the stay I had.

Extremely attractive hotel with original Georgian features. We had two dinners here and they were both excellent. The staff were very courteous and helpful A short walk to the shops of Mumbles and the castle

Unfortunately our room was in the car park annexe and rather small. However, everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable

It was very clean & location was close to train station. Breakfast options were good. Overall happy & would book again!

The windows did not open so had to put on AC to avoid the stuffiness. We were put in a room with both a double and single bed yet we selected double bed only option so we felt quite crammed but it was not a big issue.

Large spacious modern property with everything you need.

The bathroom was very small and could be difficult to access for some people. We moved the sofa beds and they were very dusty underneath. Balcony area was messy. Pillows on bed were very hard and uncomfortable

It was a health hazard, renovations going on, black mould, disgusting mouldy smell. Rubble outside the window as our view.
