The location of the apartment was really handy across the road from Bute Park, it was lovely to get breakfast and walk in the park. The apartment interior was very clean and spacious. There were balconies overlooking the parking area. The apartment was extremely well equipped with kitchen equipment, a washing machine and dish washer.

Not the fault of our apartment but the bins outside from all of the apartments were unpleasant and overflowing. Other than that there was nothing to complain about.

Access to the wellness centre. They attended to some of the issues after 3 days.

Internet was a huge problem - you have to pay extra for it and it was 7 per day !! This is really really expensive ! And most of the day the internet was not even working - so in the end I paid but I had no internet. I went to the reception and they were really friendly but in the end the only one solution was to call the internet provider. Also I dont recommend to book the room without window. Even if you save some money, it is not worth because the air inside the room was really bad, especially during night.

No lift, had to go up and down walking with crutches. Food not up to expected standard, either overcooked or cold service poor Also electric plug at floor level so had to boil kettle on the floor

The radiators in the rooms we were given were very old and so the rooms were very cold during the first night. They needed to be bled as there was only a tiny bit of heat at the bottom when on full. We mentioned this but nothing was done and we were not given a room change
