  We had a disabled access room and as we didn't need the facilities it made the room feel a bit medical, the large floor space, shower chair and handles, pull cord etc. The mirror in the bathroom is positioned lower for a wheelchair user so was too low for us to use... would have preferred a standard room. Would have loved better menu choices for breakfast, the Full English was just ok, think the sausage was cooked on a radiator. Fancied the French toast or eggs benedict which were cheaper but was told no.

  Not very welcoming. Not asked if I had a nice stay. Bathroom bit tired with mildew and cracked tiles. Didn’t feel like a 4 star property. Handed a letter saying restaurant closed. I pre booked and paid pre pay price on the date of stay. Rate on the date of stay was considerably lower than I ended up paying.
