The check in and check out instructions and process was so easy. I really appreciated this.The location was quiet, which I greatly appreciated. The place was v clean, well maintained , warm and had all I required. The bed was very comfortable spacious. it had a kitchen that had all one would need to cook a meal if you wanted to. It was a great excellent place to stay at. I am very grateful.

Just a gentle reminder to ensure the bath gel is refilled. I had my own shower gel so it did not matter. Its just a v small issue that I was affected by as all the various positives outweighed this v small issue

Clean room and very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Easy to connect phone to TV and stream was very helpful. The hotel is very beautiful and this was during early spring. Really enjoyed the stay there.

Room was smaller than expected but still a lovely room. Coffee/tea machine didn't really give hot enough water for tea. Surprisingly, room service didn't replace water bottle to be used for drinking or coffee machine. Had to go down and get one. Not a big thing just abit of a bother when your on the top floor.

Warm and welcoming staff. We arrive very late after 6 hrs driving and despite the kitchen was closed they manage to prepare a sandwich for us! I can not thank them enough for this!

The heating in the room was turned off when we arrive and I was unable to turned on. As soon as the receptionist was aware of the problem she promptly fixed!

The tram station was 4 min walking distance. The sauna was small but always hot and empty.

Where do I begin?… The hotel is old, the rooms are even older… my room looked unclean. The floor was covered with a carpet that has never been washed or so it seemed. Had to wear my sleepers all the time. The sofa was disgustingly dirty. The toilet always smelled badly! Here and there I was constantly finding hair!.. The gym is small and smelly. I would never give 4 stars to this Novotel. Other Novotels I had stayed in the past were much much better! Extremely overrated & overpriced!

It wasn’t clean and lack of basic supplies. No hand wash in the bathroom. No milk or cooking oil the cupboards and appliances were empty, for the price should have had a welcome pack. There were no finishing touches to make it feel homely
