All staff were friendly and helpful- Breakfast was great , plenty of choice all served buffet style. Views from hotel are amazing - dining room and sun room are lovely to just relax and watch the sea. All spotlessly clean and comfortable in our huge room. Loved that lots of the old features and furniture had been kept - just need to reinstall the lift to the beach and it would be perfect!

Although it was a lovely treat to have the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room I did feel that the area had been slightly neglected and in need of some TLC - for example , only two changing cubicles with no hooks to hang clothes and shower wasn't working

This was our 3rd visit love the peaceful area & close enough to the local beaches we like. Grandkids loved it, especially seeing the pony & we will definitely visit again.

The room was a bit small. The only room on Booking.com was a cosy double room but the bed is a bit short for a tall person.

We were put in the loft and wasn’t told until we checked in. There’s no WiFi in the loft and we had two children with us who couldn’t watch their IPads at night, the stairs are dangerous for my 5 year old and the gate didn’t lock we had to put the mattress on the floor next to the double incase he got up in the night. The bed sheets smelt of lady’s perfume. There was a hole in the ceiling and the wall paper was coming away from the wall.
