Lucy went above and beyond for me during our stay as I had a mishap with my dress for my brother's wedding. She came to my rescue and let me borrow one of her dresses for which I am extremely grateful. Everything was within a short driving distance, a good location for the wedding venue. However, a little bit out of the way for taxis. The coffee and outdoor space was excellent. Very relaxing, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great apartment, well kitted out and fantastic location in the heart of the Plymouth city centre next to the Barbican. The host Zena was extremely helpful and attentive every time we messaged her. Would definitely recommend and we be staying again I'm sure.

The location was amazing, so nice to be able to go out of both the front and back. Staff were nice and breakfast was lovely.

Could have been cleaner. Things like toilet, sink were fine, but walls, furniture, skirting boards were quite dusty and the shower in my Nan's room had dirt in the tray (from the fan maybe?). Could definitely use some TLC as there were holes in the walls and a big crack in the window.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Had a great view of the airport which was a huge plus for an AVGEEK.

Uncomfortable chairs on balcony, so could do with some comfortable reclining chairs or "steamers" especially as the balcony is such a feature with that room. Evening meal Menu a bit restricted and overpriced. Chateau Briand charged at over £100 and arrived cold and tough, disappointing. Staff clearing tables and setting up for breakfast from 8pm when restaurant still full of evening diners! Piano player great. Breakfast was also great! Bar menu and afternoon tea also very limited. Bar closed at 10pm with all drinks removed from Bar, barman washing up, agreed to get drinks out again to make cocktails, staff are great! Convenient for staff perhaps, not so much for 3 night stayers paying 4 figures to be there for a special weekend. Gardens are amazing, rooms are fantastic, staff very friendly and well trained. Overall very good, some user experience details need attention and chef needs to dine in his own restaurant to experience what diners do perhaps?
