  About 20 minutes walk from the city centre but less than 10 on a bus. Very clean and comfortable. Large room with lots of storage and facilities. Everything is provided, even washing up liquid for the dishes. Clear instructions were given on how to access the room and building and how to use the facilities in the studio.

  The only fault was that it was very late check in and early check out which were non flexible, this was inconvenient having to lug our suitcases around Edinburgh for hours. However, for the price of the room, that wasn't completely unreasonable.

  Great location and really well designed. Felt quite spacious for a one bedroom -studio and loved the views. Samuel was an excellent host. The bed was extremely comfortable!

  One thing I’d suggest are softer pillows. The pillows were very hard so if this one thing was changed then it would be a 10!
