The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The apartment was roomy, well appointed and very clean, with an allocated parking space. It is situated next to a small shopping mall with places to eat, we had an excellent breakfast in one! The centre of the city is only a short taxi ride away.

One of the single beds was not comfortable (it was some kind of temporary bed) and should be replaced.

The location is excellent, very beautiful village and area, and within walking distant of a lovely pub serving good food. Everything spotlessly clean, a great lay out and well equipped inside, with everything you could possibly need.
Negative section of review
The weather was beautiful and we would have loved to have sat out in the garden. Unfortunately we could not see any garden chairs or furniture to use.

Its location is great straight off the A1 and right next to the Angel of the North. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, helping us to get served dinner despite being back from work late.

I couldn’t turn the radiator off in the bathroom.

Loved everything about the apartment. It was clean, comfortable, well furnished and the property smelt lovely as soon as you walked in the door. A very quiet and peaceful place.
Positive section of review
Great location close to monuments, museums, cafes, shops, parks. The cleanliness of the apartment was fine and the equipment adequate.
Negative section of review
What surprised us the most was that the apartment was located below street level, because you will not find this information in the description of the accommodation. The only window is in the common area and faces the skylight. The beds are too soft and narrow. It is basically impossible to have privacy in two bedrooms. One is connected to a kind of special dressing room and the other is above the common area. Wifi almost didn't work and since there is no mobile signal in the underground, it was a problem here and there.
Positive section of review
The apartment was well-equipped and was in Central Alnwick, handy for the Castle and exploring the town.
Negative section of review
The flat was difficult to locate as there was a pedestrian area on the approach road, and no parking outside the property to unload luggage. It was up two flights of stairs and the living area was cramped and uncomfortable with no coffee table. The bar stools to the dining table were very high to get into and down from.

The caravan was clean and well equipped we had a great time there and the owner was very lovely.
