Nothing !!! We came 2 o’clock and we saw hotel feeling shock !!!! Next 2 hours we are left hotel , we can’t spend days or night at this hotel !!! Please look photos room !!! Lift not working !!!!! Nothing !!!! We are done payment £108 for nothing ! 4 o’clock we left , we doing check out this same days, we can’t stayed !!!! We must booking second hotel !!! Can we ask for A REFUND!!!We want to submit a complaint to booking.com Please check the other hotel on the same day, we had a pay !!!we just stated 2 hours in this horrible room …. We can’t more … so sad and frustrating!!! Fungal everywhere, difficult breathing,lights didn’t work,burnt furniture , horrible terrible conditions this hotel !!!

The staff were helpful and friendly, the bed was comfy, and the shower was great. It was fine for a place to sleep for a night and if you want an easy base for meetings/tourist exploring it might be the right place for you. You will hear the sounds of London but that's what you get for being in the middle of London!

The place really isn't a 4 star hotel by any measure. The room was tired with paint splashed along the trims from the paint job that's turned them a dark colour (which did look quite cool in itself), and the furniture was tired with stains on the carpet. The carpets and shared spaces look tired and bashed about - it's obviously a busy hotel, but it's not the 4 star luxury experience (but what did you expect for 100 quid!). As with all old house based properties, sound travels, and you can hear people coming and going. Considering the price, all of this was forgivable, but it's something to bear in mind.

Location was amazing, right beside the beach and only 10 mins walk from town centre, great shops and food right beside apartment. Host was great and the apartment was really nice and had more than what you will need, balcony is a great touch

Breakfast nice here with some a la carte menu. Staff are friendly and want to help you. Room is moderately clean for its price and quite spacious considering its location (convenient and expensive)

You should be aware that major construction is going on (and looks like it will be quite for a while) right next to the hotel. If you go outside right after breakfast and come back after work hours, this should be fine. But if you plan to work a bit during the day in your room or take some nap during the day, you'll be bothered, I'm sure. I had no idea and was quite distracted when I was here last week

When we arrived in the room, its was freezing, curtains blowing when windows shut, clearly drafts in the room as was in the older side of the building needing upgraded. When advised we were provided with a small additional header and additional duvet. When we took duvet out of packaging it had no cover on it and was stained, not impressed. Bath was cracked in multiple places and no fan so room filled with steam and became sticky feeling after just a couple minutes in the shower. Unfortunately would re-consider staying in future.

there was some unclear problem with the internet. It was hard to connect to Wi-Fi and the connection was very easy to loose. If you need a stable and reliable internet, it might be a problem.

Room was the smallest I have ever been in, probably a cupboard before conversion. Door open outwards which tells you how small.

Was to late to receive check-in information so was stood outside of the venue for half an hour, host ignoring calls. Bathroom is very small and not the cleanest, shower could use some TLC
