The location is superb for visiting Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Cotswolds Wildlife Park and other Cotswold attractions. The hosts are friendly. Our room was well decorated and very clean. Tea/coffee facilities were provided with biscuits which were replenished daily. The room was fairly small but had everything in it necessary for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had lots of room for storing wash/makeup bags etc. The shower was again small but did not pose a problem for us - may be different for larger guests.

Our room would have benefitted from a larger drawer unit for clothes storage as well as the wardrobe. The one provided only had 2 very shallow small drawers so we left underwear, tee shirts etc. in our suitcases. The pressure on the shower had a tendency to vary greatly, probably due to more than one guest using it at the same time - possibly due to the location. A Guest Information pack would have been useful with local restaurants etc. listed, as would a written breakfast menu (our friends had a book in their room which they discovered in a drawer a couple of days into our stay).

Fantastic boutique hotel, the small room was more than we expected & absolutely fine for two of us. The bathroom was unique & shower excellent. Parking was convenient up the hill & charging facilities available. Breakfast was excellent. Location was super for us & we loved exploring the town.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of washing products of a good standard with a powerful shower. The location was good, within easy walking distance of the city centre and all of the sights, there was also a nice traditional pub a short distance along the street.

Although the there was sufficient room, we thought it was on the small side (room 19) for a 'luxury' room, and was let down a bit as there were only 2 small windows set high up on the wall overlooking a wall a few feet away, other small things that let the room down were that although there was a coffee machine with 3 different pods supplied, but there was no information on what they contained, as my wife has a medical condition where she can't have caffeine we couldn't risk a morning coffee, there were some powered hot chocolate sachets, but no spoons or stirrers to mix them.

There was in issue and it was resolved straight away. The rooms were clean and comfortabke and definitely value for money The facilities although communal were clean and well-stocked

There is a good walk around the Scaling Dam, which is opposite the hotel. The crazy golf course at the hotel is great fun. Ideal location for exploring around the area.

Loved the location, the reception area was busy but welcoming. Staff were very helpful for local shops when I forgot my make-up mirror.

The building is new and the view from the room is beautiful. Less than 30 minutes far from Old Trafford stadium by walking.

Don’t choose this place. The guy who rents this apartment arrived more than 1 hour late, after communicating him hours before the time of our arrival! So we had to waste time waiting for him to get the keys. For this reason we lost a big part of pre-match at Old Trafford stadium, for the match we paid! That’s unacceptable, a huge delay from him, after calling him many times. Also, the sink in the bathroom was broken and one of just the 2 towels given (I mean, at least 2 per person, but no.. In their mind only one towel for everything, your face and the rest..!) was dirty and full of makeup from who knows. Very disgusting. If you are looking for a place close to Old Trafford, I would not recommend this place. You can find better. Never again.

Property was surrounded by builders during day banging and swearing outside window. Not prior communication about building works on property. Cleaner waiting outside door for us to leave prior to checkout time. Not curtain in bed room and heat in bathroom and light above sink not working.
