Amazing stay! The room was comfortable for the three of us. Loved the details in the room with little things and deco. We really enjoyed our breakfast there, we were left with a huge selection of breakfast in the room, biscuits, cereals, milk, juice, breakfast ( eggs, sausages and bacon) to cook ourselves, two types of yogurts etc etc and lovely view outside. Loved the bathroom. We enjoyed the company of the two ginger cats too.

It would help if they have a sign by the A4 Box Hill road as the side road leading to the place was rather hidden. Sauna room not available for use.

Spacious, great location, overall good facilities. Good tv provision. Nice walk into Ashton under hill over the fields. Excellent play facilities outside ….croquet, swing ball…pitch n putt.

It may be personal preference, but we didn’t really find the sofas very comfortable. Didn’t think the bath was necessary….a shower cubicle would have been preferable. The car parking outside this particular chalet was VERY uneven with a steep slope at the approach. I had to park awkwardly to avoid ripping the front spoiler of our car off ! ……..and…..our neighbours for 3 nights were motorway contractors…..3 large vans with compressors as trailers…..not being a snob but we didn’t expect a road crew to roll up at tea time every day and be leaving for work at 6.30 am !

Poorly maintained. The window frame in the bathroom, for example, was rotten. Several areas needed painting. The garden had a wall that had fallen down. Expensive as well compared to other similar properties.

Admin fee for taking a deposit or pay £25 extra to be insured Check in was a joke, staff very unhelpful and phone kept cutting out. Toilet seat was broke, shower filled up spoke to staff there was supposed to be getting fixed but no one turned up. Asked for a refund and they have a long winded complaints procedure which I can’t be bothered going through. Wouldn’t stay again for free Pics are very flattering all in all quite a crumby little apartment
