Excellent and amazingly clean static caravan with a good selection of quality kitchen utensils, comfy beds and bedding, and spacious lounge and dining area: Additional private patio and parking area. Rural central Pembroke location close to the lovely town of Narberth which suited us. The hosts, Nicola and Chris, were incredibly helpful and approachable, providing useful information prior to and during our stay which we appreciated. Nicola met us upon arrival and kindly provided a pint of milk and six fresh eggs from their hens. Would definitely stay here again.

Newly decorated and furnished room in Victorian style appropriate for the building (over/adjacent to a traditional "Irish pub") Comfortable beds with nice linen etc Spacious shower room There was some problem with availability/making up of our room. It took around 30 minutes to sort out but we were given tea/coffee in the pub while we waited

Road outside a bit noisy (I think all rooms face the road) The main issue was that on Mon to Thurs mornings they don't do breakfast - so you have to go some distance down the street to a place which doesn't open until 9 am .... and you are given a "voucher" to £10 for items in a breakfast. But there isn't a "breakfast" for £10 on the menu....probably better to book without breakfast on these days. Oh and we were not given a a voucher the previous evening as we were told we didn't need one.....the restaurant asked for one but accepted that we hadn't been given one - made everything a but "hassely"

Dog bed requested as reception at check in - nothing Asked again 9:30pm - blanket given to my dog at 11:10pm A/C not working - room boiling - temperate reached 26 degrees on third floor - dog panting all day - puppy 12 weeks - can’t open window due to safety of puppy - even staff was in room for 2 minutes and said how hot the room is Linden was the only one running around trying to help but was very late in night Dog sick in the night and panting all night Fridge not working - chocolate kept in the fridge and completely melted

Very unique property, perfect location for our needs. Modern kitchen and bathroom area. Easy access with parking available.

The property was very basic, no wardrobe just a few hangers on the wall, a small dressing table with a broken mirror. Blinds were broken in places which meant you were woken up by the sunrise. Very hot as no aircon and only a window in the bedroom roof.
