The hosts were lovely and so helpful let us drop our bags off early and even offered to take us back into town for free nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was also great.

Not much really had to park in next road as a Saturday and road was full but that was only for one day and wasn’t a problem. Definitely recommend

The bed was tiny, never a luxurious double Very dated. My opinion, not enough staff, no-one on the tiny reception, had to wait to be served at the bar to say we needed checking in then took another 5 mins to check us in, check in was mundane, felt like we were inconveniencing staff!! Food was hit and miss, my tea was lovely but my husbands fish pie didn't see fish!! Breakfast was much of the same, hit and miss. Staff didn't engage with us, just the basic what do want etc!! Don't know who he was but whoever was in charge seemed to bully the staff, again, it was busy and probably stressed but these people were working all out, no need to shout at staff.

Dirty facilities Construction work until 10pm at night- using power tools to work on an extra cabin. Kitchen dirty - black mold View was a dirty gas canister Looks nothing like the photos- just not cared for. Generally shabby- timber and power tools laying around Mold in shower/kitchen sink areas. Really old beds that creaked Faded old sheets and pillow cases. Supplies for the new cabins left everywhere Pathways not swept and just grubby. Cabin door wouldn’t open unless you stood on a certain part of the deck. Just really unkept. Definitely would not recommend. Basically a garden shed- they could have made it so lovely but it just looked like they couldn’t really be bothered and did the absolute minimum and took the money. I’d honestly rather of camped in a tent.
