Very nice reception and staff. Delicious, full English breakfast. Parking in the courtyard. Restaurants and pubs in close walking distance. Quiet at night. Cosy bedspread and good pillows. Fine fragrance of toiletries, really good quality.

Lovely rural location. Host was very pleasant and accommodating. Lovely hot shower - linen, towels and bedding were freshly laundered. Quiet - enjoyed peace and quiet in a pleasant setting. Grounds kept immaculate.

The annexe has so much potential, sadly it looks tired and in need of refurbishment. It was in need of a good clean, kitchen floor was dirty and there was rubbish left in the drawers in the bathroom. I could've done with cooking utensils, a chopping board and a draining rack. I didn't sleep well, as the mattress was very poor and I sunk down to the base. I was looking forward to using the pool, but again it didn't look clean and it was in need of repair. It all needs a bit of a face lift - this could be a really lovely place.

Location and building in general. The apartment was tiny but good for short stay and well equipped. Very clean.

The rubber seal on the shower screen was missing, so we were unable to use the shower or would have flooded the bathroom. Needs attention. Yhis was inconvenient. The dishwasher would not work as the indiicators for salt and rinse aid were on. This did not cause us incomvenience.

Receptionists unfriendly and rather incompetent - we returned our key to the reception at 9:30 am but they rang us at 10:30 am to chase us for the key!! They were also inflexible about car/vehicle parking at the front of our pod when friends dropped by to visit us.

When i booked i spoke to someone regarding disabled parking and facilities. When we arrived we had to park our car a couple of streets away in someone's garden. We were told there were a few steps up to the property which i said at a push shouldn't be a problem. When we got there there were 4 flights of stairs. Once i got up there i stayed put until we left next morning. The photos on the advert haven't been taken with all honesty. The kitchen was clean, the bathroom fairly clean but couple hairs in the bath. The beds were really uncomfortable. Also the area wasn't the safest
