This is our 4th stay and what keeps bringing us back is a combination of the beauty of the building, the uniquely decorated rooms and the location which is a 5 mins walk to Mermaids Quay. Beds are comfortable and air con is efficient, meaning a decent night's sleep. Shower is powerful and hot and the jacuzzi bath is a lovely luxury addition.

For the first time ever it wasn't perfect. There was a strong smell of mould in room 107. The paper under the window was peeling and there was clearly mould in this area. The mattress protector and sheets didn't seem to fit the bed. Within mins of laying down they have moved their way down so our shoulders were on the mattress. This happened both nights. Breakfast was ok. Everything was a little pale. No colour on the sausages, bacon or Black pudding. However there was plenty of choice.

Friendly helpful staff. Good food, both choices and quality. Room had everything you'd need with plenty of tea, coffee etc options and bottle water.

A perfect location in the heart of Blackpool! A fantastic welcome on arrival and a beautiful hotel. We will definitely be back again :)

We were put in a lodge outside the main hotel as there was a coach party in the hotel. This was small and old fashioned.

Having space to relax with friends outwith the bedroom area. Plus kitchen for fridge and cooking facilities.

2nd bedroom was quite small and only small window, so got extremely warm.

Loved the view from the room 3 and the restaurant.

The bathroom of room 3 was sparse, absolutely nowhere to put a wash bag other than the floor. The shower was great but I thought the bathroom let down what a great bedroom it was. A container for small plastic bags near the loo was empty. We got the impression the room wasn’t let often?

The rooms were very comfortable and very clean

Room very small and outdated, exctractor fan in bathroom very noisy, fluctuating hot cold shower water. Traditional breakfast- in description stated pan fried mushrooms, dissapointed they were not pan fried, they were chewy full of juice not sure how cooked. Coffee in pot VERY VERY strong, luckily there was packet instant coffee. Had to put napkins on tables in dining room they were very very sticky.
