Very pretty building, interior decorated nice. Welcoming property with great views. We got room service in the evening for our meal, which was exceptional standard! Fantastic food couldn't recommend that evening meal enough. Room was very clean and has everything we needed.

The bed was really uncomfortable. Felt like the mattress potentially might just need renewing then that would solve a lot of problems. The mattress felt like springs were loose and digging in to our backs. Just needs an update really nothing more nothing less. Because we enjoyed our evening meal so much we was really looking forward to breakfast, however really disappointed with the full English, considering it was advertised as a really good breakfast, what we received was nothing close. The bacon and black pudding was the best part and lovely. However the rest just felt dry, or over cooked. Took a long time to come out and the waiter couldn't figure out whose food belonged to which table. Considering people may spend a fortune to visit here for their wedding, I would be appalled by the breakfast standard if I had paid grands to attend this venue. The reception staff felt very relaxed and not really 'on the ball' when I rang for room service in the evening, the receptionist was laughing and sniggering. When I questioned this as it made me feel self conscious that she was laughing at me. She just told me that some of the wedding guests had fallen over in front of her or something along those lines, however in my opinion she was so unprofessional with the laughing when she was meant to be taking my order for room service. I don't know, she wasn't. "Out of line" but definitely needs to understand that it made me feel awkward on the other end of the phone. Room 3.

Location for bars and bullring shopping centre was excellent. We loved the 1st floor lounge area.

Enjoyed our stay apart from the road noise, it was horrendous and room was too hot/stuffy to shut windows. Bar costs were very expensive, we expected to pay more than other pubs/bars but £39.95 for a bottle of prosecco and around £8 for a pint of lager is madness.
